This role is focused on partnering with managers, mentoring leaders and building strong relationships throughout the business.
You will be highly visible in operations, spending time in office engaging with teams, providing coaching and supporting initiatives that strengthen safety performance and culture.
Duties include: Partner with site managers and operational leaders across multiple sites Coach and mentor leaders to build safety capability and accountability Conduct regular site visits and engage with frontline employees Promote a positive and proactive safety culture throughout the region Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation Facilitate risk assessments and hazard management activities Monitor safety performance and identify opportunities for improvement Lead and support site audits,
