ARM Architecture is looking for a Mid-level Interior Designer to join our Melbourne studio and help shape the interiors of significant projects across Australia.
The role spans projects of varying scale and complexity, from early concept through documentation, construction and completion.
Working closely with our project leads and directors, you'll bring creative thinking, Revit and documentation skills, a sharp eye for detail and a practical understanding of how projects are delivered.
As our interior design practice grows, there's also the chance to support and mentor emerging designers.
Employment Details Position: Mid-level Interior Designer Employment type: Full-time Location: Melbourne, working on projects nationally Reporting to: Project Lead, Principal or Director Key Responsibilities Contribute to interior design projects through all phases, from concept to completion Develop and maintain the design intent, quality and technical standards of your projects Produce accurate, coordinated and buildable documentation in Revit Contribute to design workshops,



client presentations and design reviews Coordinate with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and studios Support and mentor junior and emerging designers Contribute to innovation, quality and best practice across the practice About You Bachelor of Design (Interior Design), Master of Architecture, or equivalent qualification 5–7+years' experience in interior architecture and design, including delivering projects through all stages Revit capability, with experience producing and coordinating high-quality design and construction documentation Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams A collaborative approach, clear communication and a genuine passion for design Why ARM At ARM you'll have real influence – shaping design outcomes on meaningful projects, working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, and helping grow our interior design capability nationally.
