We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our APAC HR team and partner closely with operational leaders across our manufacturing network.
This is a hands-on role where you'll balance strategic thinking with practical execution,



helping leaders build capable teams, navigate workplace challenges and deliver business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include: Partner with operational and functional leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
Coach and support leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and team development.
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance issues, grievances and disciplinary processes.
Support industrial relations initiatives, including the interpretation and implementation of Enterprise Agreements and workplace legislation.
Contribute to bargaining preparation, implementation planning and broader industrial relations activities where required.
Drive key people processes including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning and remuneration programs.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and business transformation initiatives.
