The Role As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans.
You will provide insight‐driven advice, coach and challenge leaders, and ensure alignment with enterprise‐wide HR priorities.
You will also bring in the right expertise from centres of excellence, including Talent, ER, and Reward, at the right time to support business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leaders to develop people plans that support business objectives Providing insight‐driven advice using data, trends,
