This is a hands-on technical role responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining farm and harvest machinery to support safe and efficient orchard operations.
You'll work in a practical, safety-focused environment, helping minimise equipment downtime through preventative maintenance, effective fault-finding, and well-planned repairs.
Key Responsibilities You'll support reliable orchard operations by coordinating and completing machinery maintenance while maintaining accurate records and managing equipment requirements.
Service, repair, and maintain orchard and harvest machinery Complete preventative maintenance and mechanical fault-finding Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime Manage spare parts inventory, purchase orders,



and maintenance schedules Maintain accurate equipment records and maintenance registers Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability Support welding and fabrication work where required Follow WHS procedures and promote safe maintenance practices Benefits Competitive $***** per hour + penalty rates Potential for ongoing employment Consistent work with approximately 38 hours per week Opportunity to work across a range of agricultural and harvest machinery Diverse technical role covering repairs, preventative maintenance, and fault-finding Your Skills Experience To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong mechanical skills, practical problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safe and reliable equipment maintenance.
