With established systems and processes in place, they are seeking a capable Accounts Payable Officer to support day-to-day financial operations.
What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function.
Your responsibilities will include: Processing supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts Preparing and assisting with payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Managing supplier enquiries and maintaining professional relationships Processing employee expense claims Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Assisting with month-end processes,
