stock management and store presentation Maintain strong visual merchandising standards with a commercial focus Lead by example, creating an environment where both customers and team members feel valued What we're looking for An experienced Store Manager with a proven track record in retail leadership A hands-on, approachable leader who knows how to bring out the best in their team Strong commercial acumen and experience driving sales and KPIs A natural coach who enjoys developing talent and building team capability Confidence managing store operations, stock control and visual merchandising A genuine passion for customer service and personalised selling Someone who balances people leadership with strong commercial results Experience in lingerie, fashion, apparel or another service-led retail environment would be advantageous.
