We're offering part-time, full-time, or salaried opportunities for an experienced Duty Manager with strong leadership skills in Food Beverage and Gaming.

gaming and WHS requirements Ensure accuracy in cash handling, procedures, and reporting Help create the warm, welcoming environment Sussex is known for About You – What You Bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience (supervisory preferred) Gaming experience (essential) Strong knowledge of SA liquor legislation A friendly, approachable and qualified demeanour Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Trustworthy, organised and confident in leading shifts Essential Qualifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Responsible Person Badge (or willingness to obtain) Basic Gaming + Advanced Gaming Certificates TAB experience (advantage but not essential) Additional Skills: Accurate cash handling Understanding of food safety WHS requirements Basic food-handling experience Location Sussex Hotel Walkerville SA **** Just minutes from the Adelaide CBD.
