About the role They are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their Mitchelton location, one of their larger stores with a high-performing team and significant customer demand.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a large pharmacy team of 30+ team members Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations within a high-volume workplace Support a strong focus on customer care, compliance and professional standards Coach, mentor and develop pharmacists and pharmacy team members Drive operational efficiency across dispensing, customer service and retail functions Collaborate with the wider leadership team to achieve business objectives Maintain a positive,



supportive and performance-focused team culture Ensure the pharmacy continues to deliver an exceptional level of service to the local community What you'll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent professional qualification with current AHPRA registration Experience managing a large team within a busy pharmacy environment Strong operational and commercial understanding Confidence leading, coaching and developing a diverse team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and community outcomes What's in it for you?
