Employment Responsibilities Overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment Planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimise costs Determining,



implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans Monitor performance and provide training and mentoring Lead, roster and support a small team to meet daily targets Report on operations and escalate issues to senior management Skills, experience and qualifications A bachelor degree or higher qualification.
Relevant experience may also be required.
