With multiple processing and distribution facilities across the country, the business is continuing to evolve and is looking for a commercially minded Group Management Accountant to help drive financial performance and support ongoing growth.
Benefits Work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team Play a key role in commercial decision-making and business performance Lead and develop the AP and AR teams Drive process improvements across a national business The Role Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis, providing insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
You'll also lead the AP and AR teams, improve financial processes and partner with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial statements Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Prepare management reports and analyse financial performance Provide commercial insights to support business decisions and profitability Support group consolidation and board reporting Lead and develop the AP and AR teams Improve financial processes,



systems and reporting Support broader accounting matters, including payroll and cash flow Skills Experience Experience working with AASB 16 software Experience with consolodation and statutory reporting Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance, with CA or CPA qualification Strong experience across management accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operational teams Previous team leadership or people management experience Advanced Excel and strong financial systems experience Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Experience in a multi-site or operationally complex business will be highly regarded More Information Apply now or for a confidential discussion about this opportunity or your next career move, please contact Bel on ************ or ******.
