Growth Hospitality Group Pty ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Cook to join our team.
Salary Range – $75,000 - $85,000 Business Location – Mildura, Victoria, **** Key Responsibilities Inspect ingredients and food supplies to ensure freshness and quality.
Prepare, season and cook dishes according to recipes and menu requirements.
Wash, cut, portion and prepare ingredients for cooking.
Operate and regulate commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills and fryers.
Monitor cooking times, temperatures, flavour and presentation to maintain food quality.
Portion, plate and garnish meals according to established standards.
Prepare meals to meet special dietary requirements and follow allergen-handling procedures.
Store food safely and maintain appropriate refrigeration and storage temperatures.
Monitor stock levels, estimate ingredient requirements and minimise food wastage.




Assist with menu preparation and ingredient selection.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
Skills and Qualifications • AQF associate degree, Certificate II, Certificate IV, or Diploma certification in relevant Hospitality qualification.
• Prior Experience as a Cook.
• Solid Knowledge of Cooking Methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment • Ability to work Full Time • Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
