We specialize in pet grooming and pet boarding services and currently operates multiple centers across Victoria.
We are currently recruiting for our Mornington center, which focuses exclusively on cat boarding services.
We are now seeking an experienced Boarding Cattery Manager to join our team and support the continued success of the centre.
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation contributions Duties and responsibilities of the Boarding Cattery Manager: ᆞLead and oversee the daily operations of the boarding cattery to ensure efficient and high-quality cat boarding services.
ᆞSelect, supervise, and train staff responsible for feeding, cleaning, and caring for boarded cats, ensuring consistent service standards.
ᆞMonitor the health, wellbeing, and behaviour of cats in the facility and ensure appropriate care procedures are implemented.
ᆞSupervise and coordinate staff handling customer bookings, enquiries, and check-in/check-out procedures to ensure efficient operations and a positive client experience.
ᆞEstablish and maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the cattery facility.
ᆞDevelop and implement operational procedures and staff routines to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service quality.




ᆞMonitor inventory levels of cat food, litter, bedding, and other supplies, and coordinate purchasing when required.
ᆞOversee the management of customer feedback and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement in service quality.
ᆞEnsure the cattery operates in compliance with relevant animal welfare regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies.
ᆞReport operational performance to management and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.
The applicant must have the following required skills and experience: Qualification At least a Diploma in relevant field or three years work experience in similar position Essential Skills ᆞStrong background in cattery management and pet care operations.
ᆞKnowledge of animal welfare, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
ᆞExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with staff leadership experience.
ᆞCustomer-focused, able to manage bookings, enquiries, and feedback professionally.
ᆞHighly organised, with solid time management and decision-making skills.
ᆞAbility to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
ᆞProven ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain high standards of care.
