In this role, you'll work closely with customers across phone, email, and online channels, assisting with their loan accounts while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:



Assisting customers with general enquiries and account support Managing collections and working with customers to find suitable payment solutions Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records Handling hardship cases with sensitivity and professionalism Ensuring detailed and compliant file notes and database updates Adhering to internal policies, processes, and external regulatory requirements What We're Looking For: A skilled, respectful, and customer-focused approach at all times A positive team player who contributes to a supportive team culture Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Confidence in handling a variety of customer situations, including sensitive conversations Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or collections environment (highly regarded) If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
