Hybrid and flexible working arrangements About Our Client Our client is a leading Australian organisation, based in Logan, with a large national workforce and a reputation for operational excellence Job Description The Payroll Officer will be responsible for: End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls Maintaining employee records including commencements, terminations and employment changes Processing complex payroll calculations including leave, overtime, superannuation and statutory obligations Managing PAYG, payroll tax, workers compensation and long service leave requirements Responding to payroll-related employee enquiries and providing exceptional customer service Supporting payroll system workflows and data integrity Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance activities Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency The Successful Applicant The successful Payroll Officer should have:
