As the business continues to grow they are looking for a Client Executive to join the SME team in Melbourne.
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a SME portfolio, working closely with clients, underwriters and a supportive team.
You will also be: Processing new business and renewals Preparing insurance proposals,



submissions and client documentation Obtaining and negotiating insurance quotations Binding coverage and assisting with policy administration Resolving client and policy-related queries and maintaining accurate client records Supporting the wider broking team and contributing to new business opportunities To Excel in the role, you will have: Recent experience in a SME/Commercial broking role Robust knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes Tier 1 broking qualification (Essential) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Confidence talking to clients and building relationships If you are a driven, personable insurance broker who enjoys working with good people in a supportive team environment and genuine opportunity to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
