As an Arborist Trainee, you will: Learn practical arboriculture skills including tree pruning, removals, planting, and maintenance Assist experienced arborists with climbing, rigging, and ground operations Use and maintain tools and equipment safely Work across parks, streetscapes, and public open spaces Undertake formal training as part of a nationally recognised qualification What We're Looking For A genuine interest in tree care, environmental work, or outdoor trades Willingness to learn and work safely as part of a team Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions A strong work ethic and positive attitude Driver's licence (or working towards one)
