As their Customer Service representative, you will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring their logistics needs are met with exceptional service.
Highlights of this role Manage a set portfolio of clients, fostering long-term partnerships Collaborate closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide tailored solutions Proactively manage shipments Prepare regular reporting Attend customer meetings / reviews Co-ordination of shipments with transport, shipping lines and destination representatives Quotations and reporting,
