Our client is a well-established WA business specialising in heavy equipment sales, service and aftermarket support.
Due to continued growth, they're seeking a Workshop Service Coordinator to play a key role in managing service jobs from quotation through to completion, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional experience.
What's involved?
Preparing quotes, job costings and invoices Scheduling workshop repairs, servicing and inspections Liaising with customers regarding service updates Assisting with work orders, purchase orders and documentation Coordinating suppliers and outsourced services Maintaining accurate records through NetSuite and other systems Supporting workshop operations and customer service outcomes About You: Previous workshop,



service coordination or maintenance administration experience Robust organisational and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and tradespeople.
Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Experience with quoting, invoicing or job costing Mechanical, automotive, transport, hydraulic or heavy equipment exposure highly regarded Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems Full Australian working rights.
What's On Offer?
