and move-ins Coordinating maintenance requests with tenants and trades Managing general administration tasks including filing, data entry, and system updates Monitoring rent payments and assisting with arrears follow-up Assisting with routine inspections, property listings, and general PM duties What we're looking for Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar property role Current QLD Certificate of Registration Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and time management A proactive, positive attitude and team-focused mindset Please call Millie Antliff on ************.
