About your role: Deliver safe, woman-centred care across the maternity continuum.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care outcomes.
Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Escalate, consult and refer in line with clinical guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation, handovers and professional standards.
Support education, quality improvement and ongoing career development.
