The Firm The Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a Mining Resources Lawyer (3+ years PAE ) to join a highly regarded national firm and be guided and mentored by two recognised experts in the sector.
Making every day interesting, you will work on a varied mix of transactional and regulatory matters for mining and resources clients.
The kind of matters you can expect to work on include: Advising on mining and resources approvals across the project lifecycle (exploration, development and production); Supporting mining and resources M A; Assisting clients with tenure, native title and cultural heritage matters; and Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
About You 3+ years' PAE Demonstrated experience in Mining Resources law and Mining Resources M A Strong drafting skills Confident managing client relationships Ambitious,
