The Opportunity Manage a portfolio tailored to your experience and capabilities Build strong relationships with owners, strata committees and real estate agents Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and minutes Attend and chair AGMs, EGMs and strata committee meetings Manage by-law breaches, compliance matters and formal notices Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required What's On Offer Salary up to $120K + Super,
