Working closely with operations and fellow tradespeople, you'll be involved in both preventative and breakdown maintenance across a large-scale manufacturing facility.
Your responsibilities will include:



Preventative maintenance and servicing of production equipment Fault finding and troubleshooting on machinery and robotic systems Repairing and replacing mechanical components Equipment installations and project work Reactive breakdown maintenance Continuous improvement activities Supporting apprentices and sharing technical knowledge Maintaining workshop and site safety standards What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll ideally have: Trade qualification as a Fitter, Fitter Turner, or Fitter/Machinist Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging, meat processing, or industrial environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Current driver's licence Full Australian Work Rights Forklift licence (advantageous) The Right Person We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Enjoys being hands-on and solving problems Works well within a close-knit team Has a strong safety mindset Wants a stable long-term opportunity with genuine career progression If you're an experienced Maintenance Fitter looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
