The Role We're hiring a strategic ICT Project Manager to join our creative tech team, bridging business needs and technical delivery to support global growth, streamline digital workflows, and sustain our culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT and technology projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Work with product, engineering, design, and operations stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes; escalate where needed and propose practical solutions.
- Support delivery of technology initiatives related to product development infrastructure, internal systems, tooling, cloud services, security, and operational efficiency.
- Establish clear communication rhythms,



including stand-ups, planning sessions, stakeholder updates, and post-delivery reviews.
- Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, documentation, and delivery processes.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - Strong understanding of software development, technology delivery, and modern product development practices.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business updates.
Confident using project management tools and collaboration platforms.
