The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Legal Assistant to join their team and provide high-level support within a busy and sophisticated practice.
About the Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a career Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial workplace and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive team.
You will provide day-to-day support across corporate and commercial matters, including: Managing diaries, emails and competing priorities Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence Coordinating meetings and client appointments Maintaining matter files and ensuring deadlines are met Liaising with clients and external stakeholders Assisting with transaction documentation and matter progression Supporting billing and general administration requirements About You This role would suit a career Legal Assistant who is passionate about legal support and building a long-term career within the profession.
It would not be suited to someone currently studying law and looking to transition into a graduate pathway.
