Permanent part-time role (20 hours per fortnight) With potential to increase based on demand and availability Flexible shifts Work close to home in regional communities Rewarding, people-focused role A minimum of 3 days availability is required, with days and hours tailored to client needs.

Your role will include: Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments Social support activities, including outings and social activities.
Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.
Medication assistance #LI_DNI Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or AIN qualifications - essential Someone with Medication Competency is highly preferred Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older people Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle.
Time management skills Reliable and trustworthy – our clients are dependent on you.
