The Position You'll lead the commercial side of a portfolio of projects, from head contract through to final account.
You'll guide project teams on contractual risk and mentor junior CAs along the way.
Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate head contracts and subcontract terms Lead procurement strategy and let major trade packages Own project cost plans, forecasts and cost-to-complete reporting Manage claims, variations,
EOTs and disputes Protect margin and cash flow across a portfolio of projects Advise PMs and management on contractual and commercial risk Mentor and support junior CAs Close out final accounts and drive continuous improvement in commercial processes The Criteria You'll bring: 6+ years as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on the builder's side, including senior responsibility A degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying or a related field Expert knowledge of Australian Standard contracts, contract law and WA legislation A track record of managing variations, claims and disputes to good commercial outcomes Robust experience with construction project management software and reporting tools Confident negotiation and leadership skills A current driver's licence and White Card Full Australian working rights Please call Kaylie Pinniger on *********** at Gough Recruitment, or simply hit APPLY NOW.
