Your recent day to day: Deliver engaging onboarding, refresher and skills-based training across our operational teams.
Coordinate site inductions, competency assessments and training plans to support workforce capability and compliance.
Maintain training records, matrices and LMS data, ensuring training requirements remain current and audit-ready.
Partner with Production, Quality, Safety and People Culture leaders to identify training needs and development opportunities.
Develop and continuously improve training materials, Safe Work Instructions and learning processes to enhance the employee experience.
