About the Role gforce is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Worker to join our client's team in Mitchell Park.
Our client is a specialist manufacturer, where you will be working as part of a supportive team and play an important role in keeping daily production running smoothly, assisting with product preparation, processing, packing and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

$33-$34 per hour + superannuation No weekend shifts Up to 38 hours per week Clean, safe and organised working environment Casual position with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role Opportunity to join an established specialist manufacturer Key Responsibilities Assisting with day-to-day production and processing activities Measuring, weighing and preparing materials for production Operating within established production processes and procedures Manual handling of materials, including bags weighing up to 25kg Picking, labelling and packing finished products Following quality control, hygiene and workplace safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised production area Working efficiently to meet daily production targets About You We're looking for someone who is dependable, practical and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, baking, cooking,



hospitality, warehousing or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you'll also have: Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods The ability to safely lift and handle weights up to 25kg Good reading, writing and numeracy skills A strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail A reliable work ethic and positive attitude The ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence working in a fast-paced environment Hours of Work Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm This is a casual position offering up to 38 hours per week, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
