About the Position This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of a busy, high-volume hotel and hospitality operation in Bendigo.
Offering a $130,000 total package, you will oversee all aspects of the venue, leading teams across accommodation, food beverage, gaming, bar and functions.
You will drive performance, maintain high operational standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences while developing a strong, engaged team.

Position Description Lead and manage the entire venue across accommodation, F B, bar, gaming and functions Drive operational performance, profitability and key financial targets Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and compliance Lead,
