A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works.
Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Project Engineer - Stabling Yard to lead engineering delivery of the stabling-yard package, integrating civil, track, rail-systems, utilities and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate formation, drainage, track, walkways, roads, lighting, services,



buildings and systems interfaces Develop staging and access plans that protect existing rail operations Lead design coordination, work-pack readiness, temporary works and construction verification Manage package subcontractors, procurement, quantities, costs, forecasts and schedule Coordinate testing, asset data, operational readiness and yard handover What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in civil, rail, electrical, mechanical or construction engineering 5-8 years' contractor experience in rail yards, depots, track, civil or multidisciplinary transport works Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies Contractor-side experience with work packs, RFIs, ITPs, subcontractor coordination and progress measurement Relocation packages on offer.
Australian experience is required.
