About the role We are looking for a skilled Developer Programmer to join our team and work on high-value projects for our clients.

Key responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system requirements and recommend optimal development approaches.
Develop and maintain high-quality program code that aligns with system specifications and accredited quality benchmarks.
Dive deep into system analysis to identify technical vulnerabilities and workflow bottlenecks.
Execute comprehensive testing, debugging,



and troubleshooting, following established QA frameworks.
Author and continuously refine technical documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
Manage test and deployment automation while establishing robust CI/CD pipelines throughout the development cycle.
Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies, incorporating them into projects to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.
Skills and qualifications A tertiary degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Developer Programmer or in a similar capacity.
Solid command of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, C++).
Demonstrated ability to write, test, debug, and maintain production-grade code.
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
