About the opportunity This is a commercially focused territory sales role responsible for growing an established dental portfolio across Melbourne's Southeast.
With a strong emphasis on current business development, you'll target dental practices, build relationships with clinicians and grow market share through a combination of customer acquisition, account development and product education.
Responsibilities Identify and convert new business opportunities across dental practices throughout the territory.
Develop existing accounts while proactively increasing product adoption and market share.
Build territory plans, manage customer activity and consistently achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide product demonstrations, education and ongoing support to dental professionals.
Maintain accurate CRM records while sharing customer feedback, competitor activity and market insights with the wider business.
Skills and Experience Proven sales experience within dental is preferred.
Experience selling into clinics in other medical device sectors will be considered.




Commercially minded dental clinicians will also be considered.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently manage and grow a sales territory.
Confident, proactive and relationship-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the dental sector.
