Our team thrives on relentlessly raising the bar, being perfectly practical, and being unapologetically fearless.About The RoleThe Senior Fashion Designer is responsible for leading the design and development of innovative, commercially successful collections that elevate the CSB brand and strengthen its position within the global activewear market.This role combines creativity, trend forecasting, technical expertise, and commercial awareness to deliver collections that are both fashion-forward and performance-driven.
Working closely with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams, the Senior Fashion Designer translates brand strategy and customer insights into compelling product ranges that drive growth and customer loyalty.As a senior member of the Product team, this role also contributes to the evolution of CSB's design direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all categories.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative, brand-aligned products that balance trend relevance, functionality, and commercial viabilityEnsure all designs align with the CSB brand aesthetic, customer expectations, and growth objectivesPresent concepts and collections to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarityMaintain a deep understanding of customer preferences, behaviours, and evolving market demandsProactively identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiationCreate detailed design specifications, technical packs, and product documentationReview prototypes, samples,



and fit sessions to ensure design intent is maintainedProvide explicit feedback and direction to suppliers and manufacturersEnsure products meet quality, fit, functionality, and performance standardsCollaborate with Merchandising and Planning teams to identify opportunities and manage product lifecycle decisionsContribute to category growth strategies and long-term product roadmapsSupport content and campaign teams by providing product storytelling and design rationaleFoster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvementContribute to design processes, standards, and ways of workingAbout YouBachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or related discipline preferredSignificant experience in activewear designDeep understanding of the CSB customerAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and CADStrong technical drawing and specification development capabilityDeep understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fit, grading, and manufacturing processesExperience developing technical packs and managing sample developmentUnderstanding of product lifecycle management systems preferredStrong understanding of global fashion, activewear, and lifestyle marketsProven track record developing commercially successful collectionsExceptional creative and conceptual design skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhy Join CSB?
