Apex Building Products in Helensvale is seeking a motivated person to join our internal sales & customer service team!
Responsibilities Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about products, pricing, availability and order status Assisting customers with product selection, recommendations, and technical inquiries Processing of complex customer orders accurately and efficiently in SAP Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives, provide quotes and prepare sales orders Build and maintain robust relationships with customers Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in our CRM Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles Great attention to detail and ability to enter complex customer orders accurately into our systems Previous experience with sales of metal roofing, sheet metal or related products preferred,
