This is the top priority.North Melbourne venue salesShopify revenueThe infrastructure already exists: Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, brand assets and SOPs.
Your job is to run it and make it perform, not build it from scratch.You'll work closely with the founder and our external marketing strategy team, particularly in the beginning.
But the goal is for you to quickly become capable of holding the marketing plan yourself, even when new requests, ideas and distractions appear during the week.What you'll ownOwn the marketing game planKeep North Melbourne sales, wholesale SQLs and Shopify revenue visible, prioritised and moving.Know what we're doing, why it matters and what we are deliberately choosing not to do.Build the wholesale funnel (top priority)Use Rosso's existing café-owner community, targeted outreach, events, campaigns and high-touch follow-up to create qualified SQLs inside GoHighLevel.Help plan and run our wholesale events in Melbourne: monthly community gatherings at the roastery, a quarterly speaker series and trade shows.
That covers invites and RSVPs, filtering sign-ups, signage and print, on-the-day setup and QR lead capture,



then follow-up so no lead goes cold.Grow North Melbourne salesBuild and run campaigns that generate demand for the venue through email, paid media, offers, events, database activity and other commercially sensible channels.Success is measured in sales, not vanity metrics.Grow Shopify revenueOwn the obvious conversion and retention opportunities first, including Klaviyo flows, broadcasts, campaigns, landing pages, offers and customer journeys.
