What You Will DoDrive Strategy: Analyze market insights and customer buying behaviors to build targeted sales plans.Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and convert market and customer leads using CRM and digital tools to maintain accurate forecasting.Customer Engagement:



Build relationships through regular client visits and articulate the value of Alfa Laval's products.Deliver Value: Craft tailored, value-based proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and risk requirements.Showcase Tech: Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations adapted to the customer's technical understanding.What We're Looking ForEducation: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline).
Experience: 5+ years in technical sales, ideally focused on industrial process equipment.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of separation technologies is highly advantageous.Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
