About You We're looking for someone who has:Previous leadership experience within retail or a customer-focused environmentA genuine passion for fashion, retail and delivering outstanding customer experiencesStrong commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIsThe ability to motivate, coach and bring out the best in a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, hands-on leadership styleFlexibility to work across the needs of the business, including weekends, peak trading periods and public holidays.
Previous luxury or fashion retail experience would be highly regarded.
