Be DoingAs Parts Manager, you will:Lead, support and develop the Parts teamOversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts departmentProvide sales and parts interpretation support to internal and
external customersManage parts quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory processesMaintain strong inventory accountability and support stocktakesDeliver a high level of service and support to our customers and
partnersDrive a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvementWork closely with the wider branch team to support business and
customer needsWhat We're
Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Has previous leadership or team management experienceHas previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery,
automotive or similar environmentHas a robust understanding of inventory management and stock




accountabilityBrings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethicDelivers excellent customer service and maintains a professional
approachHas intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become
proficient in parts interpretation and dealer management softwareIs a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives resultsCan build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team
