About the Role Join our team in Collie on a casual basis, supporting people with disability in their homes and out in the community.
This position is ideal for candidates who are local to Collie *****) , as shifts are primarily short 3–4-hour engagements and flexibility is essential.
You'll build meaningful relationships, provide active support, and be involved in a variety of activities based on individual interests, from gaming and swimming to community outings and social connections.
You'll be confident supporting people with complex needs, including behaviours of concern, and providing personal care when required and must be able to commit to a variety of shifts, including regular short 3–4-hour shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
