Responsible for reviewing, verifying and ensuring accuracy of a subset of consignment contracts, legal documentation in accordance with company policy, government regulations and SOX compliance Communicate with departmental staff any changes to contracts and/or consignments Communicate with Sales and Operations teams in relation to contract issues.
Responsible for identifying consignments requiring lien searches.
Review and transparent changes to contract terms.
Record various information to cloud-based system.
Performs other administrative duties as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
