This is an excellent opportunity to join a large nursing home near Wahroonga, where you can lead and support clinical teams within a fully compliant facility that is running smoothly.
With an established leadership structure and a strong operational foundation, this role offers the chance to focus on clinical leadership, team development and delivering high-quality care to residents.
The Chance As Care Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical care delivery, supporting your team and ensuring residents receive the highest possible standard of care.
You'll be joining an established leadership structure comprising a Facility Manager, two Care Managers, Registered Nurses and care staff, providing a collaborative environment with transparent lines of responsibility.
