Task Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes with precision, ensuring the rich, bold flavors of Mexican cuisine are delivered consistently.
Work closely with the kitchen team to assist with food production, presentation, and sequencing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to ensure a safe, sanitary working environment.
Assist with the ordering of supplies, fresh produce, poultry,



and equipment, ensuring quality control.
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for all dishes, maintaining high standards.
Participate in stock control and planning strategies for waste reduction.
Adhere to regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualification Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment (experience in Mexican cuisine is a plus).
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-energy kitchen setting.
