13th October, **** Pearl Recruitment are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to assist with a Camp Extension.
Working collaboratively in a small dual trade team, this is an excellent prospect for a hands-on Supervisor who can lead the plumbing works, coordinate trades/materials and daily work fronts to keep the project on schedule.
This position will be working on an 8:6 roster, for an estimated 6-month project.
About the Role: This position will see you responsible for, but not limited to; Supervise and coordinate plumbing works associated with a camp extension.
Plan daily activities and coordinate labour, materials and equipment.
Monitor work quality, productivity and progress against project schedules.
Ensure all plumbing works comply with relevant standards, specifications and site requirements.
Liaise with project management and other trades to ensure smooth coordination of works.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact progress or quality.
To Be Successful: To be successful,



you will possess; Proven experience supervising plumbing works on FIFO camp or accommodation projects.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read plans, interpret specifications and manage competing priorities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously on site.
