The Fetch team are seeking experienced Process Coordinators for incredible opportunity to work with key clients on an 8/6 roster on a WA minesite.

About the role: FIFO 8/6 Roster based in WA Ensuring and paving the way for a secure work culture and successful operations Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets Work closely with maintenance and management reporting directly to the Process Manager to ensure optimum production and reduced down time Develop your operations team and drive positive culture Experience Required: 3-5 + years proven experience in a similar role in Processing High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment Prior Nickel, Lithium, Copper, Zinc,



Lead or Rare Earths experience is desirable.
Experience on mineral processing plants with flotation, DMS/HMS, primary secondary crushing, grinding circuits is essential.
