Key Responsibilities: Assist with assessing planning applications and development proposals.
Respond to planning enquiries and provide general planning advice.
Research planning legislation and local planning policies.
Assist with reports, documentation and recommendations.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience: A tertiary qualification in town planning or a related discipline.
Recent graduate or 1–2 years' relevant experience.
An understanding of planning legislation and development assessment.
Strong communication, research and analytical skills.
A current WA 'C' class driver's licence.
