The Role Working as part of a supportive kitchen team, you will play an important role in delivering fresh, flavourful dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking quality breakfast and lunch dishes.
Maintaining consistency in food presentation, flavour and service.
Working efficiently during busy service periods.
Supporting food preparation, stock rotation and inventory management.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.




Minimising food wastage and supporting efficient kitchen operations.
About You We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Chef who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a positive team environment.
To be successful, you will bring: Previous experience as a Chef within a café, restaurant or high-volume kitchen.
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality food.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures.
A positive attitude and willingness to support your colleagues.
Solid attention to detail and consistency.
