The Role – Design Manager As Design Manager, you will play a key role in translating the brand vision into high-performing, on-brand environments across both new and existing sites.
You will lead and coordinate external consultants, designers, and internal stakeholders from concept through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the design process across all stages, including layout planning, concept design, documentation, and visual merchandising Managing external design agencies,



architects, and shopfitters to ensure design integrity, functionality, and timely delivery Overseeing signage and visual identity to ensure consistency with brand standards Conducting post-completion design reviews and capturing learnings for continuous improvement Contributing to the evolution of restaurant design, fixtures, fittings, and customer flow Ensuring each site reflects the brand while remaining innovative and market-responsive About You Proven experience in design management within retail, hospitality, or QSR environments Demonstrated experience delivering fast food restaurants, including drive-thru formats Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High level of accountability, urgency, and proactive problem-solving Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills A genuine passion for design excellence and customer experience Why Join?
