We're looking for x2 motivated
Internal Sales & Customer Service
team member to provide exceptional service to our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom.
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll assist customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email, process sales and quotes, maintain stock accuracy and provide support across warehouse and delivery operations when required.
What you'll be doing
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Respond to sales enquiries, phone calls, emails and quote requests
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Follow up customer enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Maintain a well-presented, clean and organised showroom
Merchandise products, promotions and specials
Monitor stock levels, back orders and slow-moving products
Complete regular stocktakes with a high level of accuracy
Pick and pack customer orders
Receive, replenish and put away stock
Assist customers collecting gas products
Support warehouse and delivery activities when required
Complete relevant administration and documentation
Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures
What we're looking for




You'll be a great fit if you have:
Previous
customer service, retail or internal sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Good organisational and time-management skills
Confidence handling customer enquiries and identifying their needs
Ability to work across both customer-facing and operational tasks
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Highly regarded
Previous experience in an industrial, trade or similar retail environment
Knowledge of gas products or the gas industry
Forklift licence
Current driver licence
Experience with stock control, warehousing or order picking
